Funding is available for one or two full time Msc and/or PhD RA in the area of fluid dynamics. The area of application is especially the fluid engineering, in particular, Wind tunnel experiment, AI/DL and CFD. The primary x-objective of the work is to work the experiment and/or simulation of the turbulent boundary layer. More details are as follows,
- Development of thermo-fluid experiments and numerical simulation
- Research on Renewable energy (in particular, wind energy)
- Artificial intelligence/Deep learning based fluid engineering/mechanics
- Wind engineering and aerodynamics (turbulence modelling)
- Flow visualization
- Development of thermo-fluid flow and PIT/PTV experiment.
- Microfluidics
The position opens to the persons who want to study from master degree to doctoral and firstly they should have an admission and be made via the Pusan National University Graduate Admissions Office. In addition, the applicants should have a fundamental knowledgement on the fluid mechanical area.
